Ivory dagger plunged into the cool icy waters without hesitation. Ebony and ovry tendrils dances across the surface as the King stepped into the slow moving stream of Terra Cove. Thanatos had heard that these lands had finally been claimed by a worthy stag and it was time for the King to make rounds and meet this new stranger. Given the circumstances, Thanatos needed to know who was protecting these lands especially in this time of preparation. Cerulean orbs gazed across these familiar lands. It was much like his home Terra Nova, it was pristine, welcoming, and full of all the essential needs. Moving through the almost frozen river towards the shore, his nostrils flared letting the visible carbon dioxide slid from his lungs and dissipate into the frigid air.
Nearing the shore line, his dagger sliced into the glass like surface, crushing beneath him. The tendrils of his whipcord clung to his ivory tendons as he climbed upon the rocky shore. Once more he gazed around looking for the stag called Abraxas. As the massive stood still on the shore, his body shivered for a short moment. Muscles rippled beneath his two toned pelt with anticipation. Letting his maw part a heavy nicker forced from his lung and rung clearly into the atmosphere calling out for this Abraxas to come forth and prove himself worthy of protecting such lands.
From first glance Thanatos looked harsh, cold, and intimidating. Luckily he was a caring, heartfelt and strong leader. He was blessed with being understanding and merciful. To be quite honest Thanatos felt relieved that there was someone who had the gall to protect their land and which ever herd they acclaimed from these demons and angels. Thanatos still had no idea what they had in store so getting together and creating alliances with all the lead stags was a must.
